Rows are extracted from the CET Cell's "PROVISIONAL SELECTION LIST" layout (Sr / AIR / NEET Roll / CET Form / Name / Gender / Category / Quota / College). A small number of one-off rows can fail this pattern in any given round; if so they show up under "unparsed" above.
An EMD/EMR tag on a quota pill marks earmarking: EMD = reserved-category candidate who won this seat on open merit (donating their reserved seat), EMR = seat filled through that earmarking. An Against X / Inter-se X tag means the seat was counted against that reserved pool (e.g. "PWD-OPEN, Against PH" = a PWD-OPEN allotment drawn from the PH pool); the tail is often cut short mid-word by the PDF's fixed column width. The candidate's own reservation category isn't shown on screen — the quota column is what defines each seat — but it is included in the "Download CSV" export.
Rows with a muted italic entry instead of a quota pill had no seat that round: Choice Not Available = the candidate's merit reached no college on their preference list · Allotted/Selected by MCC = took an All-India-quota seat through MCC counselling instead · Disqualified-Allotted by MCC = state allotment cancelled for holding an MCC seat. These rows never enter the cutoff tables.
Status legend (Round 2/3 only — Round 1 has no carry-forward status): Fresh = new allotment this round · Retained = candidate submitted the Status Retention Form to lock this seat · No Pref = candidate exercised no preference this round, so the previous seat carried forward automatically · No Change = candidate exercised preferences but the result kept them in the same seat. College/quota summaries consolidate all statuses under one row per college. Rows reading "Choice Not Available" or "Disqualified-Allotted by MCC" have no seat and show up with an empty college/code.
"Overall" merges the summary across whichever rounds are toggled on into one row per college×quota: opening = best AIR ever admitted, closing = worst AIR ever admitted across those rounds.
